19-year-old Pamela Kinney from Apalachicola, Fla.was last seen August 14, 2005 in Apalachicola more than 7 years ago. Her remains were found on Sept. 5, 2005 in a secluded wooded area off Tilton Roadwhich is west of Apalachicola. The area is known as the Box R Ranch Wildlife Management Area.
